TortoiseSVN issue: Get lock on file external

Hello dear developers,

I use TortoiseSVN 1.8.8 daily and I am facing a problem with locks combined with file externals.

Context: I have an external defined on a file of the same repository. The source file has the property needs-lock enabled.
Action: I right-click on the external file (not the source one) and select "TortoiseSVN" > "Get Lock".
Issue: The file list is empty in the "Lock files" window. It is impossible to lock the file this way.
Workaround: Choose to get the locks on the container, deselect all, find the file external to select this one only.

The same issue exists with "Release Lock".

I suppose that this is a TortoiseSVN bug. Can you look at it?
Thanks in advance.

Justin
