quotes are keeping their escape

Seems .po escaping get into GUI (using : TortoiseSVN 1.8.99, Build 25131)
translating Gui text: Use 'mine' text block then 'theirs'
In T-Merge it will show:Použiť blok \"Moje\" potom \"Ich\"
I expect remove '\' from '\"' sequence.
