Sorry, what?
You right-drag, get the menu with "overwrite, rename, cancel" (I get a
menu with "Move here", "Copy here", "Create shortcut here" and
"Cancel"). You click on cancel and an export happens? And where does the
dialog and what dialog come from?

I'm very confused.
