revert changes from this revision

Note I'm using Slovak GUI so I translate messaged back to English.

I tried to revert changes from this revision on file in log dialog
I have been ask if apply changes and that they will apear only in my WC.
I select Apply to my WC.
New window showed and I select OK. I see no changed on WC.

I'm using TortoiseSVN 1.7.99, Build 22982.
