crash reports

Hi,

As you might have noticed, the nightly builds now have the crash handler
enabled.
The crash handler we use now is from http://crash-server.com, which is
also where the crash reports get sent to now.

If you go to that website, you can see how the whole process works. So
please, if you get a crash in TSVN then please send the report.

There are several advantages to using that crash reporter:
* instead of only a mini dump, the reporter also can send bigger dumps
if necessary or if I request a full dump from the website.

* if a crash is already known and fixed, after reporting the crash users
get immediately redirected to the corresponding issue page in our issue
tracker.

* I don't have to analyze every single report since the crash dumps get
pre-analyzed and grouped: the same crashes are only listed once on the
website, but I get to see how many times the crash was already reported.
This saves me a *lot* of time.

* the website also hosts the debug symbols, which means I can analyze
reports even for nightly builds - which is why the crash handler is now
activated for those as well.

So again: if you encounter a crash in TSVN, don't forget to send the
report! In case the crash handler decides that a full dump is needed,
the sending part might take a while - just let it send the data and
don't cancel it.

Note: the crash handler dialog looks very similar to the windows crash
dialog. Don't be fooled. If in doubt: send the report.

Stefan
