Already did, honestly it's how I've been using, but informed the wrong command line.

To be sure I tested it again:
tortoiseproc /command:merge /reintegrate /path:"c:\full_path_to_wc" /fromurl:"svn://full_path_to_branch"

with the same results.

> First, use full urls. Just passing "branches/dev1" won't work.
> Second, the param /url isn't used in merge commands. You have to use
> /fromurl:XXX instead.
