Odd behaviour with renamed files

Hi Stefan,

I just made a copy of a versioned file, e.g. file.c -> file2.c, then
renamed the original file to file1.c. Now I am seeing some odd
behaviours.

The main explorer context menu for the copies does not have Show Log
entry, even though they have history.

I opened the CfM dialog from the working copy and Show Log is
available for the copied/renamed files.
However if I Show Log from CfM for the original file (now marked as
deleted) I get the log for the repo root (or at least trunk), where I
expected to get the log for the one file.
