Overlay lost on revert

Hi Stefan,

This seems to happen fairly reliably for me in work on 1.7.4 on XP
SP3. If I revert the changes to a file, that file loses its overlay.
Cleanup will not get it back. If I wait for the cache timeout period
(2 mins?) then the overlay comes back, but it is frustratingly slow.
