[enhancement] Duplicate Externals

Hello TortoiseSVN-Team,

Sometimes I've to make many similar externals to some files.
To do this I've to enter the whole pathes, all the time, but only one
file name changes for each line.
If some one else is doing the same, I think it would be a good idea to
have a duplicate or copy function for the entries, wich duplicates the
lines and then I've only to change the filename.
