1.7.1 TortoiseSVN not using cert in servers file, prompting

My company requires 2 certs on my system, the one I use to access Subversion is outlined in my servers file under ssl-client-cert-file

I did not have a problem on 1.6.13 tortoise version, but since upgrading, tortoise will periodically prompt me for the pin of my other cert (keystore), hitting cancel will give me an ssl handshake error.

How do I get Tortoise to use the cert in the servers file and not prompt me?
