I did NOT touch any property. I applied a patch which adds a new file
to the repository. You can try it yourself. The repo has the
tsvn:autoprops property set and it does what's shown in the above
picture.
I know I can edit the property manually, but shouldn't this be handled
when the patch is applied since it leads to errors?
