you don't tell about the version of the subversion plugin (subclipse,
subversive) you use in eclipse.
But if you want to use TSVN 1.7.x you need to upgrade the eclipse
plugin too (that would be subclipse 1.8.x; regarding subversive I
can't tell if there is a compatible version already)
