Modified Date (lastmodified) required on checkout.

I use another version control. When I checkout the files. The file system last modified date is the same as the date when file was checked in the last time.
When I checkout the files using TortoiseSVN (or use Switch option), the file gets the current system time.I believe that we have the last checked in date available in SVN as well. So it would be nice to modify the file date to last check-in date when it is checked out.
