TortoiseSVN 1.7 does not work with Pageant 0.60

Hi.

After some hours of fiddling with TortoiseSVN 1.7 (I previously had 1.6), I found
out that it doesn't work with Pageant 0.60.
Only after upgrading to Pageant 0.61 I was successfuly in using my PKs.
If it's not possible in the future to make it still support Pageant 0.60, maybe
it could be present in documentation that it needs at least Pageant 0.61.
