Please make sure your mail client doesn't kill the subject line. GMail
relies on the subject for its threading view. Since you don't quote
any context it took a while to work out what you were talking about.

The upgrade process is not 100% reliable. You may just have to try a
fresh checkout. Failing that please report the problem on the
subversion users list since the upgrade is done by the subversion
library, not by TortoiseSVN.
