Single file HTML body width

Hi,

Noticed that the locally build single file HTML manuals contain a body width
setting of 640. Is that intentionally? The setting is imported through the
styles_chm.css. Maybe an override in the styles_html.css is appropriate? In
a browser window I expect the text width to default to 100% or something
like at least 800 or 1024.
