Missing keyboard shortcut for select all in new 1.7.0, Build 22068 - 64 Bit Tortoise SVN UI

in previous versions it was possible to commit using only the keyboard: Alt-A (select all), Alt-O (Ok). now there is no checkbox “select all” and I could not find a keyboard shortcut that activates the link “all”.
I would also recommend to add some configuration for the default selection on commit. I use “select all” in 99.9% of my commits and it would be extremely useful to be able to enforce this selection by default.
