Crash when browsing to unknown svn:// repo

This may be as well a problem of subversion libs, but:

- Open the Repo browser on any valid repository
- enter "svn://foobar" in the URL line and press enter
-> after a while, the browser crashes with stack overflow in libapr_tsvn.dll

and (maybe the same):

- Open contextmenu on any non-repository and choose Repo Browser
- a small dialog opens, asking for URL.
- enter "svn://foobar", accept
- Repo browser opens and tells "Unknown hostname 'foobar'"
- Click on OK to close the browser
-> crash with heap corruption. there is libapr_tsvn.dll in the stack
trace as well.

It's not a big deal, but may lead to other bugs? Hope you can reproduce
it? ;)

I am using "TortoiseSVN 1.7.99, Build 22043 - 64 Bit -dev, 2011/09/29
21:55:37" on Windows 7
