Sub-minor inconcistency in TortoiseMerge

Hi!

When using ctrl-down to move to the next difference the text block is selected in both the left and the right pane. When using ctrl-up (going backwards) the block is selected only in the left pane.

I have not seen any functional problems with this. Only a minor consistency nitpick.
