For myself, I would definitely and immediately disable any "opt-out"
checkbox that sounds like "Send feedback" during an install process
without even reading any explanation text around it.

And these tools land on my mental list "potential spyware - keep an eye
on this".

If the checkbox is disabled as default (opt-in), I would at least read
the immediate surrounding explanation text, but probably not enable it
either if I don't get the idea within around 5 seconds. The words
"Google Analytics" within the text will certainly decrease the
probability of enabling any checkbox to near zero.

Just my personal opinion, though.. ;)
