Crash reporting

Hi!

I see that TortoiseSVN has an ability to send crash reports to e-mail.
I would like to present crash reporting system that not only send crash
reports but also receives them, analyze and groups similar problems
together.
Also some response to user could be done, for example a web page with
instructions about fix of that bug (for example some workarounds or upgrade
suggestions).
I think that system will be a helpful addition to current crash reporter.
