Minor aesthetic issue in the Edit SVN Revisions dialog

When the URL is shortened in the Edit SVN Externals dialog, a forward slash
is used, but back slashes are otherwise always used for the URL. In fact, if
one enters a backslash when editing the URL it will be transformed to a
forward slash on clicking OK.
