Logo license

Hi,

What is the license for the TortoiseSvn logo?
(tortoisesvn\doc\logo\tsvn_logo.svg)

I am developing a closed-source application and I'd like my logo to be a
derivative of Tortoise's (same "wireframe", different colors and a picture
inside the turtle's shell)

(Under Tortoise's GPL license for the source code, I'm pretty sure I cannot
do that)
