Assertion when /path not specified for TortoiseProc /command:log

When `TortoiseProc /command:log` is executed, there is an error dialog [1].
After the error dialog is dismissed, the Revision Log dialog [2] displays
the correct message: "<Current Directory> is not a working copy".
