It happens for all of our repositories. External repositories on more "updated" servers are just working without any problems (incl. 'https://tortoisesvn.%e2%80%8bgooglecode.com/svn/t%e2%80%8brunk').

I searched a little bit yesterday and found the following dicussion on the subversion mailing list:

It looks like the same, but I did'nt found any open issues or changelogs on the subversion part for fixing this.
