Just note this happen only on some WC (with changes).

It seems (and I thinkg a read it somewhere) this silent upgrade works if
there is not incompatible change in WC. So if you have clean WC there is
no issue, but as soon as you schedule delete, add ... you WC may not be
upgraded in some cases.
I usually checkuout fresh WC and copy all files from old one. however
this don't work when add or delete is scheduled, also not always I check
out same revision.
