r21527 SVN errors

Hi. I'm getting the following error with r21527 standalone svn client:

svn.exe - Entry Point Not Found
---------------------------
The procedure entry point svn_stringbuf__morph_into_string could not
be located in the dynamic link library libsvn_tsvn32.dll.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

Also, for some reason my local TSVN working tree is marked as it's
from a previous svn version, but when I try to update it I get an
error that it's not a pre1.7 svn working copy. Which makes sense since
it is a 1.7 working copy. So now I can't even update it.

This didn't happen with the previous one or two nightly builds.
