Thank you for the quick fix!

I've been slightly confused about the difference between the "small" vs
"full" directories in the latest builds directory [1]. It might help to have
a README in the latest build directory for each architecture to explain the
difference between "small" and "full". Is the only difference the language
packs? I usually grab the MSI from the one with the most recent Last
Modified date.
