BUG in last version v.1.6.14

Hello.

1) I found a surious bug in SVN v.1.6.14:
- create empty project (MFC application or any other) in VStudio 2010
- run from VStudio (!!!, debug or release)
- try to open file ( call CFileDialog.DoModal() ) -> CRASH ---!!!!

after deinstallation of SVN (and with prior version) all work right.
i use official versions of VStudio 2010 and Windows 7.

2) why i can not download any previous version from your site?
  In these cases this is very necessary!!!
