Hi Lübbe,

When I read this mail in the Hotmail web page, it's give me mess
characters display.

It's very strange for you mail message source. Your mail use:

Content-Type: multipart/alternative;

It should be OK. The first part is:

Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8

It should be OK too. but the second part has bad content type:

Content-Type: text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1

Then Hotmail web page can not display your email correctly.
