I thought this might be to do with spaces in the path/URL, but it has
just failed for another path which has no spaces. I'm trying to
relocate from
"svn://local.server/software/trunk/NLS V3" to
"svn://svn.domain.com/software/trunk/NLS V3"

Obviously those are not the real domain names, but there is nothing
unusual about that part, and the relocate has worked fine for other
working copies. I can send you the real domain names by PM if you need
them.

Interestingly if I go to Windows properties for that same folder and
click on the Subversion tab I also get a crash (i.e. send a report to
Microsoft).
