about the repsitory brower of the Tortoisesvn

Look at the SVN.bmp.It seems that the brower is something wrong. when the
brower conect with the server, the brower can't work well.
When the src is empty or the speed of conecting net is slow, it will stop
working and wait for it.So, I just want it work quickly.
Should it be multiple-thread? Somehow, I just give an idea. Mybe it is not a
bug.
