  Sorry, my bad. I had infered that this property was being managed
by TSVN as we've never had it presented to a user using anything but
TSVN.

  TSVN is prompting developers with a conflict. I don't need the
information personally, I understand how it's used.

  See above. Users using TSVN are being prompted with conflicts
through no actions of their own.
