Wrong .pot file on 1.6.x branch

Hi Stefan,

I was just going to set up the 1.x.6 branch translation on transifex. While
doing so, I noticed that in r20441 you have uploaded a Tortoise.pot file to
the 1.6.x branch that differs radically from the previous version. This
"new" .pot file has introduced ~300 new strings on the release branch. Was
that intentional?
