I'm on Win7 x64 and I've confirmed that the 1 Dec nightly works fine.

Suggestion: if you have WinDbg or Visual Studio, you can hook up to
explorer.exe and check if the Tortoise shell extension is loaded into
memory. From there, probably any of the devs can help narrow down the causes
(apologies if you've already done this)

I upgrade from 1.6.11 to nighly build on Vista x64, no contextmenu apears.
Have anybody problem with TSVN contextmenu from trunk on Vista (x64),
maybe Win7 ?
