Issue adding keywords to files

Dear Sir,

I am fairly new to TortoiseSVN and am having a few issue adding
keywords to my files.

All I want to do is add the $Id$ field to my source code files (.VHD in
this case) and have SVN update this field automatically when I commit my
file to the repository. However, SVN never seems to update the $Id$
field, either for new files to the repository or for existing files in
the repository - it remains as $Id$ in the files. (I have deleted the
files once commited and then done an update from the repository and the
$Id$ field remains empty)

I have attached my config settings, which has the auto-props enabled and
also svn:keywords defined for my .VHD file type.

I wonder, is there anything else I should be doing? My repository is new
and is stored on a server (accessed via https) - is there something I
need to set here? The config file I have attached is accessed via the
TortoiseSVN settings dialog box on my machine.
