Yes I get About Window.
note: there is no TortoiseProc for x86. There is no bin folder. Only
some outdated language pack files. However language is set to English so
this should not be a problem.

TortoiseProc.exe
Not sure how interpret all those lines, but I get one red:
IESHIMS.dll - error opening file. Acording google it is part of IE,
should I reinstall it (IE not google :D )?
IEFRAME.dll - have red dialogbox icon on left side, but seem be found -
one which needs IESHIMS ?

TortoiseSVN.dll and TortoiseStub.dll give the same.
