Problems building the doc (SBAppLocale Timeout)

Hi,

it's me again. Now I have trouble building the docs. The following error
msg appears:

'C:\Users\Studienprojekt\Documents\Studienprojekt\SVN\TortoiseSVN\doc'

This explains the following error message:

C:\Users\Studienprojekt\Documents\Studienprojekt\SVN\TortoiseSVN\doc\doc.build(469,8):
             Could not find file
'C:\Users\Studienprojekt\Documents\Studienprojekt\SVN\TortoiseSVN\doc\output\TortoiseSVN_en\htmlhelp.chm'
to copy

A non-existing file can't be copied.

Apparently the program hhc.exe doesn't work properly. Do you have any
Ideas what the problem could be?
