URL handler doc: parameter and paramvalue

Hi,

String:
with <literal>cmd</literal> being one of the allowed commands and with
<literal>parameter</literal> being a parameter like
<literal>path</literal> or <literal>revision</literal>, depending on the
command used.

States that you should replace 'cmd' with command, and 'parameter' with
path or revision

Should it be:
A. replace 'parametervalue' with path, or revision
B. replace 'parameter' with 'path' or 'revision', and 'paramvalue' with
path(value) or revision number(value)

Side question:
should be 'cmd', 'parameter', 'paramvalue' translated or not? If yes I
would translate
'tsvncmd:command:cmd?parameter:paramvalue?parameter:paramvalue' too so
they will be in sync. Just not sure what is more readable.

Oto
