Question: What license did you use from Microsoft to access the Visual Studio
APIs?
From what I am aware, Microsoft requires NDA's for the Visual Studio Plug-in
APIs - meaning no GPL/BSD/LGPL/etc licenses, and ultimately no open source
plug-ins for Visual Studios.

Just dotting the i's.
