AFAI am concerned, TSVN development and translation can be served with
a single list. There has just this week been a heated debate on
mediawiki-l on the drawbacks of using different communication channels
inside a single development community and I must say, given our small
size it should not be a problem to have just two lists: one users@ and
one dev@
