Can you remove the check for Windows XP SP3 please?

Hello, Stefan.

I have a need to use TSVN on the Windows XP system with SP2 without SP3
installed. As far as I can understand you are still supporting even Windows
2000, so the message that TSVN needs Windows XP SP3 looks like beeing a
forgotten message. Is it possible to remove this check or at least make it
something like 'Are you sure that you want to use TSVN on your Windows XP
SP2 system' and not to break the installation?
