On my Vista I append line
http-library = neon
to file ...\AppData\Roaming\Subversion\servers effectively added it to
[global] section.

I just checked out whole TSVN trunk in 12 min with no problem !

TNX you saved at least one year of my life :) I will spend 1/4 of it by
translating TSVN :)
