Missing property editors

Most of the properties defined by TSVN now have their own editors but
there are a couple which don't:

webviewer:pathrevision and webviewer:revision
tsvn:logsummary
tsvn:logrevregex

There are others, but they are generally trivial. I picked these out
because webviewer is similar to bugtraq and maybe merits a special
dialog.

logsummary and logrevregex are both regex properties and I was
thinking it may be worth having a generic regex editor which has a
means of validating and testing the regex.
