Crash in repo browser

Hi all,

From a working copy, open the repo browser. Select a text file, right
click and select Edit. Notepad 2 opens, but so does a Microsoft
'serious error' window saying that TortoiseProc.exe has crashed.

1.6.99.19711 on XP SP3
