 I built Tortoise a couple of weeks ago, first time in a while, and SDK 7 was required.
 The win7.h had folder stuff in it that is not in SDK 6.
 I actually had a lot of trouble getting MS VS to use the new SDK. The little tool
from MS didn't seem to work.
Is the intention to make Tortoise build with SDK 6 or just move forward?
