Tagging a file

This is regarding a problem I faced while tagging a document file
available in a particular directory in trunk.

I selected the file I want to tag, then right click and select TortoiseSVN and clicked Branch/Tag option.
Then Copy (Branch/Tag) dialog box came; I editted the To URL link for the specific directory to which I want to copy.
Then Head rwevision radio button selected and pressed OK.

Then an Error message came as: "Error: Path 'tag/rel01/doc/pmp' already exists"

Please look in to it and suggest reason for the error message.

Also give a detailed description on "How to tag a file"

Your immediate attention in this regard is expected

Thanks
