{Spam?} Compare with working copy error on External

Hello,

When i update my svn tree using rightclick -> svn update it gives me a dialog that shows which files are changed. When i rightclick a file that has been gotten from an external repository it gives me an error, as it is trying to find it in my main repository.

Folder layout
L:\main checkout\*
L:\main checkout\link to repos 2\*
L:\main checkout\link to repos 1\*
L:\main checkout\link to repos 3\*
I rightclick main checkout from windows explorer and choose svn update there.
