Please ask this sort of question on the users list. This list is about
the development of TortoiseSVN.

The package may be corrupt. Try downloading from a different mirror site.

You may be trying to install from a network share or you may be trying
to install from a path where user SYSTEM doesn't have execution
rights. In either case move the msi to another location and try again.
