Hi!
I've been seeing some crashes in Tortoise merge when performing patches or conflict resolutions. They are easily reproduceable, but I can't share any of the examples when it happens... Try creating a fairly big patchfile and try to apply it somewhere where it should go in OK and there should be a good chance that it crashes.
I'm currenlty running the latest nightly:
TortoiseSVN 1.6.99, Build 19246 - 32 Bit -dev, 2010/04/15 23:30:31
but I noticed the problem already in 1.6.99.19240.
